In respect of reform projects, before we commence we will work with the client to agree a clear and concise scope of work, detailing all the costs involved and the expected timescales. We cannot emphasise enough the need for good communication. We always discuss ongoing projects with clients, but in the event that the client is not able to remain either on-site, or indeed in Spain, we email a weekly report, including photographs, detailing the progress of the project.
